TEPCO’s service department is “hands-down” one of the best service departments provided today. Often you find that distributors do nothing but sell their products. So what do you do when you experience problems? With Trombold Equipment you won’t have to deal with this dilemma. Our knowledgeable service staff is readily available to you, 24/7! We offer a designated service line; just call 724-625-4260. If you don’t reach us during regular business hours press 3, leave a message and a qualified service technician will return your call within 15-30 minutes.

TRAINING SEMINARS

We Offer Service Training In One Of Two Locations

1. TEPCO shop (Mars, PA or Bridgeport, WV)
2. In the field
Our preferred training site is one of our two shop locations due to the availability of our extensive in-house resources.

 Come prepared to work… Barry and his guys will give you a full days worth!! And of course, lunch is on us!

  • “Hands on” diagnosis, disassembly, and reassembly of actual working units

  • Use of our service shop

  • Demonstrations of pump units, proper troubleshooting techniques, pump removal, diagnosis, repair, and decommissioning

CONTINUING EDUCATION

We understand the importance of keeping up-to-date and are dedicated to advancing the industry by giving back some of the knowledge that has been passed on to us.  Throughout our history we have participated in several types of industry training, by presenting at conventions, conferences, and town meetings, as well as to professional groups.  We also host brown bag lunches with engineers, contractors, and municipalities.  We continually present product updates to consulting engineers.  And our service technicians are frequently trained to keep up with changes in our industry.
